We are using spark from March 2011 onwards.We have entered manually drawn salary from july 2009 to Feb.2011.We did pay fixation through spark after checking service history.We are drawing revised scale of pay from oct.2011 onwards.
Our problem
When we process pay revision arrears for the employees,only a few employees arrears get processed and the amount merged toward PF is not displaying.But if we select the employees one by one and process it gets processed.Please solve our problem.:Jo Thomas(9446253026) or sjboys@gmail.com
