Sir,

  We have some employees whose grade was in due on June 2011.We have given regular increments on June 2011 and June 2012.The higher grade of the employees got sanctioned this month. When we tried to give promotion through spark with effect from June 2011,we got a message “invalid effective date specified”. Could you please solve our problem?

Pay revision arrears in spark

 When we process the pay revision arrears through spark the arrears of all   employees are not getting and the amount merged to PF is not displaying .But when we processed pay revision arrears individually it is correct

What we have done in spark before processing pay revision arrears

1                    From 2011 March onwards we are processing salary through spark

2                    We manually entered the salary from 2009 July to 2011 Feb

3                    Entered and corrected the service history of all the employers

4                    We did the pay fixation through the spark

5                    We processed the new scale of salary from oct 2011 onwards

6                    We entered the DA arrears of different Periods (from 2009 July ) manually in spark

Our problem
